  2. Payment: Structured in milestones; final payment due upon project completion.
  3. Client Responsibilities: Provide necessary data, approvals, and timely payments.
  4. Changes: Additional requests may incur extra costs and timeline adjustments.
  5. Warranty: All bugs (if any) caused by our customizations will be handled by our side.
  6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to protect shared sensitive information.
  7. Liability: No responsibility for indirect or consequential damages.
  8. Termination: Either party may terminate with prior notice, payments due for completed work.
  9. Governing Law: Subject to the laws of [Jurisdiction].

By accepting this quotation, the client agrees to these terms.
